Nokia’s latest NSeries device launched in February ‘09 exclusively with Orange. Packed full of N-gage games (Nokia’s mobile gaming platform), the brief was to position it as the NSeries gaming phone. Research shows that people overwhelmingly chose mobile gaming when they had some time to kill. Our audience are occasional to regular gamers who should be doing more interesting stuff (i.e. gaming) than reading the freesheets when they’re commuting, or otherwise filling their downtime with minor distractions. Meet N85, the little black French Bulldog that came loaded with attitude. He hates boredom and loves gaming. We ran high impact executions in rich gaming sites, which saw him tearing up boredom and bringing gaming in it’s place. Game Over Boredom. The N85 site is styled as any other interactive phone demo. Except the 360degree view is of the dog. Spin the revolving dog and roll over his eyes for camera info, his paws for mobile internet infor, his ears for the MP3 player and his doggy behind for gaming info. |
