The time has come for our Cherie Marie to leave the nest and so we face a daunting task. We must find a new front of house.

Here’s a bit of what we’re looking for; someone to welcome our clients, to man the phones, maintain the office, assist super ops manager Phil, play with the dog, throw huge parties, control the stationery, know what’s cool and where, learn some stuff, teach some stuff, be part of our family and make the club shine.

Now If you have a year+ experience in reception, a great personality and a big lot of energy we would love to hear from you.

Every 6 months Work Club invite an up and coming artist to decorate its 22m long blackboard wall. This time, the artist is writing everything he’s ever written on the Springfield Elementary School blackboard, in order.
 

It took illustrator Mat Williams two days, 20 white markers, 288 lines and 7697 characters to finish his lines.

James Haworth shot Bart’s journey to Work Club, and Mark Whelan cut it all together.

How better to kick off our new party nights than with an afternoon set from Mercury favourite  Polar Bear.  Friends and lovers joined us for food, drinks and the artful carving of a Serrano ham. And to make matters even more lovely we rounded off with a set from bPm. Thanks everyone, what an outstanding Friday.

Another year, another gruelling Royal Parks running race. If you cast your sights back you may remember our Kenyan distance athlete friend John Murithi.

Well, this year we manned up ourselves… three of us did anyway. Santa hats off to Ben, Alex and Mani, along with everyone else that ran for the brilliant charity Contact A Family. And indeed all the other limber St. Nicks, your charities are cool too.

Now for crying out loud, get in and have a mince pie, it’s bitter out there.
