Managing Partner
Martin Brooks
Martin Brooks

After training as a drummer at Exeter University, Martin left with a degree in Politics in 1989. He then worked in various agency positions in UK, Australia and Europe on brands including Pepsi, Kraft, Smirnoff and Citibank before setting up Claydon Heeley in Beijing in 1997.
In 2001, Martin co-founded Agency Republic, which went on to become one the of the UK’s leading digital agencies, winning Agency of the Year accolades in 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2005, Martin became CEO of Zulu, an Omnicom-owned micro-network of 6 digital agencies. Martin co-founded Work Club in 2007 and lives in London with Sarah and two small noisy boys.

Patrick Griffith
Patrick Griffith

Paddy started his career as a journalist with the Irish Independent in Dublin. In 2000 he moved to London and joined digital media specialist i-level and learnt his trade working with major digital advertisers including BT, rising to Account Director after 5 years.
Joining Agency Republic in 2004, Paddy was quickly promoted to Planning Director where he led the agency to a string of major business wins, including the BBC and Diageo. During this time he co-created a body of highly effective, award-winning work that led to Republic being named Campaign’s Agency of the Year in 2006. He left in 2007 to co-found Work Club. Paddy lives in London with Claire and their twin baby boys.

Andy Sandoz
Andy Sandoz

Andy studied Information Illustration and was adept with airbrush and ellipse guide before getting all super-digital because of the ability to press the ‘apple z’ keys.
In 1999 Andy joined Static2358, working in TV channel branding becoming Head of Design in 2002. Joining Random Media in 2003 as Senior Art-Director, he was promoted to Creative Director 9 months later. He joined Republic as Lead Creative in 2005 and was promoted to Creative Director 3 months later and subsequently ECD in 2006, helping win Campaign's Digital Agency of the Year award.
Andy is a regular judge and speaker with D&AD, Campaign and CannesLions.

Ben Mooge
Ben Mooge

Ben joined a 6 month old Mother in 1997, and over the next 10 years rose from junior writer/runner/inept teaboy to Creative Director.
During his time at Mother, Ben worked across a variety of accounts; Unilever, EMAP, SAB Miller, ITV and Egg and won many awards including D&AD, BTAA, One Show and Cannes Lions, and also helped Mother win Campaign’s Agency of the Year twice in succession.
In 2007, Ben took a year out to travel and work on two screenplays (which may or may not ever happen), and rejoined the advertising industry in 2008 as Creative Partner of Work Club.

Lisa De Bonis
Lisa De Bonis

Born in the US, raised in Italy, and educated in the UK, Lisa began her career working for BDDP&Fils in Paris moving from account management working on Irish Distillers, Michelin and Aprilia, to international new business development and then strategic planning. Launching the Egg brand in France, she met Mother and was asked to join them as a strategist.
Four years later, having worked on some of Mother’s largest accounts; Orange, Coke, Egg (an account shared with Agency Republic), Diageo & SAB Miller, Lisa’s natural travelling genes rose to the surface But after 7 months of bliss, she was tracked down in Brazil by Paddy through facebook, and asked to come back to real life and join Work Club as Strategy Director.

Gareth Briggs
Gareth Briggs

After completing a B.Acc (Hons) at Glasgow University Gareth became a Chartered Accountant in 1999. A move down to London and into publishing followed with Wilmington PLC before his first spell with WPP working at Mediaedge: CIA as Financial Controller of BJK&E, Media Insight and Nylon.
After a period as Financial Controller of Inferno Gareth was tempted back to WPP working in the Business Affairs department of Y&R Brands looking after the finances of the Citibank, Microsoft, Danone and Colgate accounts across the EMEA region. In 2008 Gareth took up the post of Financial Director of Work Club.

Jon Claydon
Jon Claydon

Jon left Durham University in 1983 with a Law degree. After a successful career as a global trader, in 1991 he founded Claydon Heeley, one the most successful btl agencies of the decade. In 1998 he sold the agency to Omnicom and in the process created a group of 3 successful start up agencies; Jones Mason (later merged with Claydon Heeley), Agency Republic and Code. Jon's agencies have been awarded Campaign and Marketing magazines' Agency Of The Year awards 6 times.
In 2007 Jon left Omnicom as a founding partner of Work Club. In his spare time he writes; articles for Top Gear magazine and, in 2008, his first play, recently produced in the West End. He is also a Patron of the NSPCC and a member of its Marketing Board.
